We reserve the right to make changes at any time to pricing, descriptions and specifications on this website. We endeavour to show correct images and text at all times however we cannot be held responsible for accidental incorrect pricing and or imagery. All prices shown are New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of GST. Prices are subject to world metal prices and exchange rates and subject to change at any time. Delivery based on order approval.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Any items can be returned for a refund, if it qualifies under the following terms: You must return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt. Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. You are responsible for return postage, though we will happily send your exchange piece post-free! Please do not return any goods for a refund or exchange unless you qualify under all the above conditions, as we will be unable to process the refund. Please allow up to 14 working days for your account to be credited with any refund Please note that when you place your order you are accepting the above refund policy.
